All services sold by MaxSEO PRO are digital in nature and delivered remotely. Because substantive work begins shortly after payment, our refund terms reflect the non-recoverable costs of work already committed.
The SEO Foundations service and other one-time project purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested in writing within 24 hours of purchase, provided no substantive work has commenced. Once an audit, brief or report has been initiated, no refund is available. If a delivered audit does not meet the described scope, contact us within 5 business days and we will revise the deliverable at no charge.
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable after campaign start. Cancellation within the minimum period does not relieve the obligation to pay fees through the end of that period. After the minimum period, cancellation with 30 days written notice ends billing at the close of the current month.
One-time add-ons attached to a campaign follow the same terms as the primary service. Refundable within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet commenced.
Consulting hours are non-refundable once a session is scheduled. Unscheduled hours can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date on written request.
Send refund requests to hello@maxseopro.com with your order reference and reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original Stripe payment method.
Contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days with full documentation.
