The Starter and Growth plans have a 3-month minimum because SEO results require a minimum window to materialise and be measured accurately. The Agency plan has no minimum. After any minimum period, 30 days notice cancels the engagement.

You receive an onboarding email within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. It includes a short access questionnaire, platform access requests for Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your CMS, and a link to the shared project document where you can follow campaign progress. Work begins within 3 business days of access being granted.
